RETURNS & REFUNDS
We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on unopened products for Store Credit only, item must be returned prior to Store Credit being issued. Products have a one year warranty against manfucturer defects, and will be exchanged for the same item, or Store Credit for the purchase price.

Directions:

  1. Charging:

    • Before use, charge completely. Light blinks during charging and remains illuminated when charging is complete.

  2. Cycle through Functions:

    • To turn on, hold button for 3 seconds. To cycle through speeds and patterns, push button. 

  3. Power Off:
    • To turn off, hold button for 3 seconds.  

Care Instructions:

Wash before and after each use with warm water and Cleansing Mist for best results. It's recommended you store your toys in our anti-microbial Toy Totes to keep them free of bacteria while not in use.

✦ Tip: For optimal battery life, ensure the toy is turned off when not in use and recharge fully every 6 months.
