We offer a 30 Day Return Policy on unopened products for Store Credit only, item must be returned prior to Store Credit being issued. Products have a one year warranty against manfucturer defects, and will be exchanged for the same item, or Store Credit for the purchase price.

Lubricate:
Start by washing your hands and lubricating your chosen exerciser with Just Like Me, or Water Based Lubricant.

Insert the Exerciser:
Slowly insert the exerciser into the vagina, past the pelvic muscles, ensuring the cord remains outside for easy removal.
- Start Your Routine:

- Squeeze your pelvic floor muscles.
- Hold for 1-10 seconds.
- Relax your muscles completely.
Repeat:
Perform 10-15 reps in each set, followed by a 1-minute rest. Complete 3 sets for a full workout.
Exercise Routine for Beginners
- Set 1: Perform 8-10 reps.
- Rest: Take a 1-minute break.
- Set 2: Complete your second set.
- Rest: Take another 1-minute break.
- Set 3: Finish your third set.
Tips
- Start with the lightest weight and practice insertion while lying down to engage your pelvic muscles.
- Begin with short 1-second squeezes and gradually build up to 10-second holds.
- After mastering the routine lying down, try standing for an extra challenge.
- Fully relax your muscles between each squeeze. Focus on deep breathing to help with relaxation and muscle control.
- Squeeze to contract and lift your pelvic muscles. The cord should move slightly with each contraction. If it doesn't initially, keep practicing!
- Exercise with each weight for 4-6 weeks (or as recommended by a healthcare provider) before progressing to the next weight.
